Please be aware that a version 13 license can only activate a Nitro PDF Pro version 13. If you need the Nitro PDF Pro version 14, you will need a version 14 license so you can successfully activate it. You may need to reach out to your IT team and see if they have already upgraded your company's version 13 license to 14.
