Unable to validate serial number for V13 in order to upgrade to V14

I am using Nitro Pro and I have been offered 40% off if I upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14 today but the upgrade process does not recognize my serial # and basically stops processing. The serial number matches the number on the invoice I have from 2021. I do not understand why your system will not accept my serial number. Please advise what needs to be done to resolve this issue.

I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing version 13 license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
Please access again our Upgrade Page and then try to upgrade your serial number.
