Not accepting my serial number

I purchased Nitro Pro. I'm trying to upgrade to the latest version 14 at the discounted price but every time i enter my serial number it states that it is invalid. This is sooo annoying and frustrating. How can this be fixed?

I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
Please access again our Upgrade Page and then try to upgrade your serial number.
