I'm trying to upgrade to the latest version 14 at the discounted price but every time i enter my serial number it states that it is invalid. This is sooo annoying and frustrating. I have taken the necessary adjustment to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
