Please note that when you upgrade, it will upgrade the license to the latest version. At present, the latest version is Nitro PDF Pro version 14. Thomas Täubel Posted August 14, 2023 Report Share Posted August 14, 2023 I have also tried to get an upgrade from version 13 with serial 504xxxxxxxxxxxx058 but also the error message:We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.
