upgrade to V14,I tried to upgrade on the website but it didn't work.

I was trying to upgrade from 13 to 14.  The original email I received was for 40% off the upgrade.  I was unsuccessful in getting the upgrade.  I again received another email for 20% off and was unsuccessful.  My serial # is 504************724.  The reason states: We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our community forum and update us with your issue.

 

Any help you could give would be most appreciated.

It appears that your customer purchased the license through a reseller. 
Please inform your customer to reach out to the reseller regarding the concern with the version of the license. They should be able to assist you as they are the reseller/vendor.

Please access again our Upgrade Page and then try to upgrade your serial number.
