Please be aware that the login option in the Nitro PDF Pro application is the Nitro Sign integration. Nitro PDF Pro and Nitro Sign do not share the same license or trial. Nitro PDF Pro is the application you install on a machine to create and/or edit PDF documents, while Nitro Sign is a web-based electronic signature solution. Could you please confirm where you see the expired trial? Is it in the Nitro PDF Pro application? If so, is this the first time you install the Nitro PDF Pro software on your computer? This can be verified if you see the Expired Trial on the bottom right part of the application. Or is it the Nitro Sign portal? If so, your Nitro Sign account trial should expire on 8/20/2023 as you signed up for the account with an Essentials trial license last 8/06/2023 This can be verified by logging in to the Nitro Sign portal at https://cloud.gonitro.com Kind regards, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
