Can't get activation to work on new PC

I have tried the procedure described on the Nitro Pro website. My license number is found but in the next step it asks me to deactivate - but it shows that there is nothing to deactivate.  I have tried the procedure 20+ times. Unfortunately, Nitro make it impossible to actually log an incident on this - as soon as I try it just forces me into the same never-ending loop. Even the Chat window cuts off after pushing you into the same approach. VERY frustrating when you can't get basic help for a product I bought many years ago
