Wendy Cradock Posted August 7 Report Share Posted August 7 I have a licence for version 11 and have upgraded my computer. I cannot remember my password but the request to reset it isn't working. I have my licence number and my invoice, but without the password I can't get anywhere. I've had to sign up for a second account that I don't want or need to try and get access to my password.
