Password reset request not working

I have a licence for version 11 and have upgraded my computer.  I cannot remember my password but the request to reset it isn't working.  I have my licence number and my invoice, but without the password I can't get anywhere.  I've had to sign up for a second account that I don't want or need to try and get access to my password.  Bonkers!

I understand that you are trying to reset your Nitro Sign account password.
Could you please provide the email address that is associated with that Nitro Sign account?

I am in the same situation - I have tried to log in on my laptop and can't remember my password.

I requested the reset and haven't received any emails.

Please help

Please note that the password reset option will only work on active Nitro Sign accounts. 
In checking your email address, I can see that you have recently signed up for a Nitro Sign account. Could you please confirm if you were able to login to Nitro Sign after the sign up?

Hello,

I too cannot re-set my password as I didn't receive an email from Nitro after requesting a password re-set.  I had to use a different email address (and PW) to set up a new account just to be able to post this help request.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you please provide the email address of the Nitro Sign account that you would like to password reset? 
Once I have this information, I will go ahead to check and investigate.

I do not see a Nitro Sign account that is associated with the provided email address, dmcint*****@hotmail.com.
Please note that the password reset email only applies to active and existing Nitro Sign accounts. 
Furthermore, a Nitro Sign account is not automatically created when purchasing a Nitro PDF Pro license. To create a Nitro Sign account, you will need to manually sign up here https://cloud.gonitro.com by clicking the Sign Up link.
