Unable to Activate Nitro V 13

Hi

I had to reset my computer and re-install Nitro Pro 13.  I downloaded V14.   I have tried multiple times to re-activate but I end up in a support loop that tells me to insert the activation key but it doesn't work.  Please provide assistance.

For a version 13 license, please ensure that you install Nitro PDF Pro 13.
An activation issue will occur if your license does not match the version of the application. 
If you have installed Nitro PDF Pro 14, please uninstall and then install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the link below:
