Alexandre Cabang
My Nitro PDF keeps on crashing. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall it. I also did windows update. Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted August 13, 2023 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted August 13, 2023 Greetings @Alexandre Cabang Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! I understand that your Nitro PDF Pro installation is crashing. Could you please describe the steps you are taking before coming across the crash issue? 1. When you simply run Nitro PDF Pro (without opening a document) does it still crash? Note: Opening Nitro PDF Pro can be done by clicking its icon in the Windows Start menu items. 2. What is the version and build of her Nitro PDF Pro? You can see this information in the Control Panel > Programs and Features. 3. If the crash issue only occurs when opening a specific PDF document, can you share the file here so we could test and see if the issue can be reproduced on out end?
