Changed computers, unable to activate on new

Downloaded Nitro Pro, logged into my account with my email and password but when I try to activate with my Serial number, it says it is not working. 

Tried checking the site where you enter the serial number to ensure I have one available and it shows 2 available. I have 8 days of free trial remaining, need this resolved before that time is up.

Saw on a different post i can send the serial number here since it is hidden until admin approves: Serial: 5049************255

I have v14.7.1.21 installed on my PC currently but if you can please send the link to download v13 or a way to use V14

An activation issue will likely occur if the version of the license does not match the version of the application that you would like to activate. 

Please check the version of your serial number using our license portal: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal
From the license portal, kindly take note of the version (the Nitro PDF Pro application installed on the computer must match this version).

To check which version is installed on the computer, launch Nitro PDF Pro and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
If the version does not match the license's version, please uninstall and then install the appropriate Nitro PDF Pro version. 

In your case, the serial number 5049************255 appears to be a version 13 license. Thus, your Nitro PDF Pro installation should be in version 13.
