The laptop running this licence has to be replaced and therefore, I was willing to install Nitro Pro on the new machine. From your website, the downloaded version is 14, which didn't want to accept our registration key. Willing to uninstall version 1³4, the process didn't complete and now, I am in a tricky situation: * version 13 doesn't want to run, stating that there is a newer version of Nitro installed * version 14 doesn't run either What can I do ? Please uninstall first the Nitro PDF Pro 14 on the computer. You can uninstall the Nitro PDF Pro 14 in the Control Panel > Programs and Features of Windows. When done, proceed with installing Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - Ensure to click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
