Fujitsu Scanner Scan Button

We have some Fujitsu fi-7030 and fi-7060 scanners and they have a scan button that can be programmed to launch compatible options like it's paperstream software or the windows scan software.  When we were using Adobe Acrobat it would automatically just open the scan in acrobat and provide a save as prompt.  This was very nice and cut out some steps.  Is there a way to do that with Nitro?  It doesn't present as option in my scanner configuration like Adobe did and now we have to scan to a folder location and manually open each one and save as from Nitro adding some steps to the original process.
