Unable to activate NitroPro12 - Error Code 24

Can you please share me 12.16.9.574 download link? I have a new computer and need to re-install of NitroPro 12.

Hi Nitro,

 

I have a message while I install NitroPro in a new computer "Unable to activate NitroPro12 - Error Code 24"

I tried to deactivate the old computer setting as below. Still, I can't activate it yet.

• Serial No: 234*************xx
• Version:12
• Status: Active
• No of Acitvations:0
• Nu of Activations allowed:  2

Please let me know how I can activate it.

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 12 and older versions. These versions have reached the End of Life (see Sunset Policy) and their activation servers have been shut down. We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 14, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. 

If you are interested to upgrade your license to the latest version, please provide the complete serial number so we can check its records and eligibility for the upgrade.

Hi @Dongwon Shin

You should now be able to upgrade that license to version 14 through our Upgrade Portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade
The Upgrade Portal should provide the message 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro.' when you upgrade the serial number.
