We would like to use that licence for another team member. When I go the portal, where I could do so, I receive the message: "licences.gonitro.com" "Please select devices to deactivte". But there is nothing that I could select. The account of that former employee is not active anymore, thus we cannot go through his Nitro Account to deactive. Any help? When using the license portal, there is no need to process a deactivation if the value in the 'Number of Activations' is zero (0). You can proceed with using the license to activate Nitro PDF Pro once installed on the machine. The Nitro PDF Pro installer can be located from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - please ensure that you select the version that matches your serial number.
