Nitro Pro 9 Licence

Hi,

I am trying to reactivate a licence on behalf of a customer however its no longer accepting the licence.

A Computer has been replaced and needs to be reactivate however on your site its now showing the licence as Version 12 with currently 0 activations, Is this something you can help with ?

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 12 and older versions. These versions have reached the End of Life (see Sunset Policy) and their activation servers have been shut down. We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 14, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. 

If your customer is interested to upgrade your license to the latest version, please provide the complete serial number so we can check its records and eligibility for the upgrade.

The Upgrade Portal can only upgrade licenses that were purchased online. The upgrade price through the portal is currently at $89.99, but please note that this is only for licenses that were purchased online. 
In checking the provided serial number, I can see that it was purchased through a reseller/vendor. Kindly reach out to your reseller if you would like to upgrade this license to the latest version.
