Nitro Pro v14 Activation Issue

Instructions say to enter license number, but you are taken to an activation code window which does not work.  Going on 2 months and not activated yet. Frustrated.  Old system was much better.

I do apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. 

An activation issue will likely occur if the version of the license does not match the version of the application that you would like to activate. 

Please check the version of your serial number using our license portal: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal
From the license portal, kindly take note of the version (the Nitro PDF Pro application installed on the computer must match this version).

To check which version is installed on the computer, launch Nitro PDF Pro and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
If the version does not match the license's version, please uninstall and then install the appropriate Nitro PDF Pro version. 

The Nitro PDF Pro installer can be located from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - please ensure that you download the version that matches your serial number.

Hi Reymund , the activate button finally took me to enter my license code Friday night.  My version is the same as the license.  The issue has to due with the activation sequence when you click on activate button. I had a license number and it was always seeming the want to generate a new one.   Thanks for the response.

Thank you for describing the behavior of your activation issue.
It sounds like the activation went into a manual activation process where a certificate key is needed. In any case you will install Nitro PDF Pro and encounter the sane issue, please let us know here so we can give you troubleshooting steps.
