Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." I have checked that my number is correct it is from the original Cleverbridge invoice/receipt and cut and pasted with no spaces etc. Date of Invoice is 01/03/2021 reference 263******. Serial shows as: 5049.. and is 18 digits long. Would appreciate some advice as current version crashes when saving to Google drive which I believe is now fixed.
