Phillip Bohning Posted August 12, 2023 Report Share Posted August 12, 2023 Hello, When I purchased version 13 back in Feb 2022, it was sold as an "UpgradeBundle" and I remember the advertising stating that the bundle included an upgrade to v14. On the upgrade page (https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade), I tried my v13 serial number, with and without dashes, and received the error: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." When I tried the serial number of an older version of NitroPro, I was offered a discount. Am I entitled to a free upgrade to version 14 from my version 13 "UpgradeBundle"? I purchased v13 through the Nitro PDF website using a Nitro-provided coupon code and was billed through Cleverbridge.
