Install error "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed" (Windows 11)

Need help - i got a new computer - deactivated my serial number and couldn't activate it on new computer - maybe becasue mine was PDF 13, and i downloaded the PDF 14... didn't work....  then I tried to download the PDF 13 and keep getting the mesage Nitro Pro Setup wizard has failed.

Please try to install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the offline MSI installer. Please refer to the download links below:
