Program not working, cannot access my serial number

I am not sure what is happening but my NitroPro 13 stopped working.  When you click on the icon, nothing happens.  I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it but still the same, clicking on the icon does nothing.  Could it be that newer versions of Windows 11 cause a problem?

My computer software info.

I would like to understand more about the behavior of this issue. 

When you run Nitro PDF Pro (by double-clicking its icon on the desktop or start menu), does it load the splash screen? If so, do you see the Nitro PDF Pro icon sitting in the Windows Taskbar after launching the app?

Are you running the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 which is 13.70.7.60? Since the application does not launch, you can see the complete build in the Control Panel > Programs and Features of Windows. 

If your installation is not on the latest build, please try updating to 13.70.7.60 build using the installer from the link below:
