Upgrading from 13 to 14 and serial number not working

Hi,

I have tried to upgrade from my version 13 to the latest (awesome) version 14.  However when trying to use my serial number ****, the upgrade stops working and sends me here.

 

Can you please help me resolove this?

I made the necessary changes to allow the upgrade. Please try to upgrade to version 14 again, please proceed to the following web page,

https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key and installation files.

Please let me know how that goes.
