chris boston Posted August 14 Report Share Posted August 14 I have Nitro Pro 13 with three licenses. I have purchased a new PC but I cannot activate it as it indicates it cannot find my license. I have used all of the license numbers sent to me in the original email but no luck even with the ones where your web site indicates the license is not being used on a PC. I thought maybe the problem was that the version downloaded to the new PC was Pro 14 so I tried to upgrade. Again, it states it cannot find my license. Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall the version you installed. And then get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, activate with your serial number.
