I have posted my issue twice but still no answer,. Two days left on trial period...

I have Nitro Pro 13 with three licenses. I have purchased a new PC but I cannot activate it as it indicates it cannot find my license. I have used all of the license numbers sent to me in the original email but no luck even with the ones where your web site indicates the license is not being used on a PC. I thought maybe the problem was that the version downloaded to the new PC was Pro 14 so I tried to upgrade. Again, it states it cannot find my license. I have 2 days left on the trial version so I would greatly appreciate some assistance.

Hello @chris boston

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall the version you installed.
And then get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.
