Activation Issue

I'm trying to move my Nitro Pro license from my old laptop to my new desktop. I deactivated the license from the laptop but am not able to activate the software on the desktop. The pop up says the serial number does not exist. Please help.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall the version you installed.
And then get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

After downloading Nitro PDF 13 and trying to install, I get a pop up saying "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed." What should I do next?
