Cary Lamb
I recently did a Windows update and the drive that Nitro 13 and 14 upgrade was installed on can no longer be seen by my OS. I tried to reinstall 14 on the OS (C) drive but the installer asks me "We heard you want to leave..... Are you sure you want to Uninstall Nitro? We'll miss you." How do I fix this? Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted August 15 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted August 15 Hello @Cary Lamb Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you. That message means there is an existing v14 installation. It might or might not be complete/corrupted. In case there is any problem with the installation, let's try to do a cleanup and reinstall. Can you please do the following for me: 1. Download our latest Clean Up utility: https://www.gonitro.com/support/tools/cleanup-utility-list (NOTE: This will remove any custom signatures / stamps. Let me know if these need to be backed up) 2. Extract the utility to the desktop (it doesn't properly run from within the zip) 3. Run the utility 4. Reboot 5. Download and install version 14 from here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads Please let me know how that goes.
Cary Lamb
That worked. It removed all my previous versions of nitro starting with Nitro 10. Thanks.
