Randi L. Cooper
I have Nitro Pro 13. It is installed onto 2 computers. For some unknown reason, it stopped working on one computer. I tried reactivating but I get the error message that I have reached the maximum number of installations allowed for this license. I have not installed on any other computer... Please help... Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted August 15, 2023 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted August 15, 2023 Hello @Randi L. Cooper Thank you for your message - I can help you out. I released your Nitro Pro 13 serial number so you can reactivate. Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. I hope this helps! Please let me know how that goes.
Jason Poett
I seem to be running into a similar issue. One day the computer said I needed to register by a certificate and would not register manually. Also tried to uninstall and reinstall. No luck. Jason Poett
The software just keeps asking for an activation certificate.
