Unable to activate?

Hi 

I've had to change computers (old one broke) 

I've found my serial number, and downloaded a free trial from the website, and tried to use my serial number... and its not working! help!

Hi @Angie Clues

The trial version we have in our official page is version 14.

The serial number you purchased is for version 13, which may be why it is not working. Kindly uninstall the version you installed. 

And then get the correct version 14  installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.
