Chris F Posted August 15, 2023 Report Share Posted August 15, 2023 (edited) I am converting an MS Word 365 document to PDF as I have done thousands of times and when I right click the document and choose convert to PDF the process starts but sits at the conversion windows never completing. I 've see this before when I try to convert a document on a Windows Network CIFS share so I copy the document locally to my PC but still no luck the process just sits there at the conversion window and never completes? I have a Windows 11, Dell OptiPlex 7000 with all the latest Windows 11 updates I am using Nitro Pro 13.15.1.282 Edited August 15, 2023 by Chris Franco Adding environment information Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
