Stacey Madza Posted August 16, 2023 Report Share Posted August 16, 2023 I use Nitro Sign for everything for work, and suddenly the pre-set email messages I've created, I can't get to. The "Layouts" drop down menu suddenly doesn't drop down - it opens up, toward the top of the page, cutting off the list and not allowing me to scroll. This is extremely unfortunate as the ones I use most frequently are at the top of the list, which I can no longer access. Why is this happening and how can it be corrected?
