Unable to Deactivate and Reactive

Hi I changed computers and I can't deactivate my license in order to activate it on my new computer.  I get a message saying to choose device, but there is no place to choose your device.

I can't deactivate my serial # in order to activate on my new computer.  But I get a message saying "please select devices to deactivate"  but no where to select devises or option to select a device

My apologies for the delay in getting back to your update in this post. 

The serial number you posted here appears to be ready for activation. There is no need to execute a deactivation in the license portal since the number of activations is showing as zero (0). 

To use this license, please ensure that you install Nitro PDF Pro 13. The installer can be located from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.  

Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, you can activate it by opening the application and then navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.
