Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 12 and older versions. These versions have reached the End of Life (see Sunset Policy) and their activation servers have been shut down. We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 14, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in Conversion, OCR, and Accessibility functions. Susan Stine Posted August 23, 2023 Report Share Posted August 23, 2023 I purchased Pro14 back in March - worked fine until yesterday. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Activation says 'no licenses'. Website says I should deactivate but all attempts to deactivate are circuitous, returning me to the same 'select devices' . This is incomplete instructions and I've yet to see it answered. What are these devices? How and or where do I select them? How can I get the app working again? In checking the license purchase under your email address, I can see that you have a version 13 license. The serial number is ready for activation and does not need to perform a deactivation via the license portal since the number of activations is at zero (0). To successfully activate using your serial number, please ensure that you install Nitro PDF Pro version 13 using the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, you can activate it by opening the application and then navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number, and then click Activate.
