Right click combine PDF documents in file exlorer not working

Hello, 

I am unable to combine PDF files in File Explorer by selecting files > right click > combine files with Nitro Pro because there is no option to combine files. When I right click I see an option to "Open" the files, or if I click on "Show more options" at the bottom of the list the only option I see is Edit with Nitro PDF Pro. I work with PDF documents all day long and am continually combining several files together so having the Right Click > Combine function is a necessity. I have reinstalled Nitro 14 and attempted to repair it and it still doesn’t work. What am I doing wrong?
