Michael Ross Posted August 21, 2023 Report Share Posted August 21, 2023 I had to do a factory restart on my laptop (Windows 10). I am trying to reload NitroPDF 11. I enter the serial number and I get the above title error. I followed the instructions to go to "Submit a support request" > NitroPDF Pro > Enter Name / Email/ Serial No > Activation. Then followed the instructions to enter my serial number (again) to find the license. License found and ran deactivation. Then tried to activate and get the same error.
