I had version 11 on my computer and I saw that version 14 is now out.  I saw the free trial option and decided to give it a try.  I checked the upgrade price, which said I was eligible for a discount ($89.95, I believe).  Unfortunately, this UNINSTALLED version 11 and with it, my serial #.  No warning, no verification.  That should NEVER happen.

And to add insult to injury, now when I try to purchase version 14 (because I have NO OTHER CHOICE NOW), it shows the full price, which is over twice what the discounted price was.

I would like to get version 14 for the discounted price -- again, since I have no choice and can't put version 11 back on my computer.  How do I do this?
