I have some emails from Nitro on this account: **********; but no purchase record unfortunately. I purchased the software for a non-profit I help manage, DSTRI Inc. It's possible there might be an email on record either: **********, or **********.

I found my personal credit card record of the purchase; 2/9/2020 and have a memo # **********, but not sure what that number references.

No, I can't find my purchase record other than my credit card charge.

I found the original install file and also this file named:

Is it possible this file was the license file?

It looks like the installer file, not a license.
