Unable to validate serial number

When trying to upgrade from Ver 13 to Ver 14 I received the message that you were unable to validate my serial number. When I purchased Nitro Pro 13 in Feb 2022 it stated that it "includes Nitro Pro 14 when it comes out" Can someone help me resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

I have made the necessary adjustments to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
Please access again our Upgrade Page and then try to upgrade your serial number.
