Ray Wilson Posted August 22 Report Share Posted August 22 When trying to upgrade from Ver 13 to Ver 14 I received the message that you were unable to validate my serial number. When I purchased Nitro Pro 13 in Feb 2022 it stated that it "includes Nitro Pro 14 when it comes out" Can someone help me resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.
