However, we receive an error activating on new device and deactivating from old device. When deactivating from old device we receive -24: Activation error: Nitro pro encountered some issues while attempting to activate. When trying to activate on new device we receive the same error. The account was originally for version 12.0.0.112. We used the same installer on the new device and confirmed it's the same version, yet we are receiving the same error. Please help.
