Nitro 12 crashing - I open a file, 2 seconds later the application closes

I am running Nitro 12.16.9.574 on Windows 11.  

I had to replace the harddrive on my laptop.  I was able to reinstall Nitro 12 on the new harddrive (which now has Win 11, before there was Win 10) and had no issues for a week.

Now, when I open a certain pdf, the application stays open for a second or two, then closes.  I am able to open other pdfs, but the application stays open for a little longer but then closes.

Any ideas?  I am happy to send the file causing the problem.
