transfer licence

Hi,

we have some Nitro Pro licenses running.

Unfortunately, the serial numbers can no longer be found.
Is there a way to transfer them to another device?

Kindly provide the email address you used to purchase the license. We will try to search for the purchase record and determine the serial number. 
Please note that I did not find a license purchase when searching for a record using your email address *******er@raustoc.ch

That is not possible for me.
Since I am the new admin of the company and have no documentation about the email address this is relatively difficult.

I can provide you with the serial numbers I found on our file server.

You can use the serial numbers that start with 504 by installing Nitro PDF Pro 13. 
Those licenses are version 13 and they should be able to activate Nitro PDF Pro 13. 

Regarding the serial number that starts with 234, they are all version 9 licenses. 
Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 12 and older versions as they have already reached the End of Life (see Sunset Policy) and their activation servers have been shut down. 

We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 14, which comes with significant stability and security improvements and many feature enhancements, particularly in Conversion, OCR, and Accessibility functions.
