Numbered, lettered, Roman Numerals, or bulleted lists are not an option when editing documents

The simple act of creating a list and not being able to create a list is surprisingly missing from a PDF editor.

1. How is this not a thing
2. in your default software
   1. its even here in your forum page
3. but you have yet to implement it in your own software
   1. is there a way to get this added
      • or at least an easier way of implementing
        • instead of running through 18 different boxes?

If anyone has any recommendations to implement tabbed numbered, lettered, or bulleted lists, it would be greatly appreciated as the current state of the software is infuriating at best.
