Transferring License to new PC

Hello. We are trying to transfer a current license over to a new computer for our client. However, we were not able to see the whole license in the about section of Nitro Pro. Our client has on boarded a new user and is wanting to use the same license, but the account has been deactivated for weeks and is no longer receive email. The license began with 504997XXXXXXXXXXXX - is there any way that we can recover this for our client?

Kindly provide the email address your client used to purchase the license so we can search for its record and send again the Invoice Receipt that contains the complete serial number. 

Please note that we only share or disclose the serial number to the individual who purchased or owns the license, and not to any other person.

That is the unfortunate thing - the user account had been terminated. Is there a way to remove the license from the account then? Is there another way to do this? Or should we have the new user purchase a new license?

There is a license purchase under the email address ****@bai-environmental.com and the invoice receipt that contains the serial number has been resent to that email address. 
Kindly ensure that the user reviews both his email inbox and spam/junk mail folder for this invoice receipt email.
