Bruce Sealy Posted August 25, 2023 Report Share Posted August 25, 2023 Regarding an older version/license - my last installed version was 12 however I have now moved to a different computer and have downloaded the current v.14. Am I able to activate the trail copy with my old serail # (I have tried to go through the Deactivate/Activate process but it doesn't show anything to deactivate) without success. Please be aware that a version 14 license is required in order to activate Nitro PDF Pro version 14. Furthermore, we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and older versions. These versions have reached the end of life (see Sunset Policy below) and have already been discontinued. Furthermore, their activation servers have been shut down, thus, any activation or deactivation attempt will no longer work.
