I figured why the account was not activating properly. I apparently did not purchase the Nitro PDF Pro, I purchased the Nitro Sign Essential. When I realized it I cancelled the Nitro Sign Essential and purchased the Nitro PDF Pro. I purchased the pro with the idea that it would offer the full features, pro and e-sign.  The pro package states that it has e-signing or am I mistaking it for quick sign, and what is the difference. What product offers the ability to have both pro and sign essential?

Hi @Divorce Diva,

Nitro PDF Pro and Nitro Sign do not share the same license. 
Nitro PDF Pro is the application you install on a machine to create and/or edit PDF documents, while Nitro Sign is a web-based electronic signature solution. 

They are sold separately for single users and the plans that include both are available for Business and Enterprise plan platforms which have a minimum of 20 users.
