Need to transfer Nitro to new PC

I've changed my PC and want to transfer Nitro licence to new PC, but I can't remember my Nitro's serial number.  Can you please help on this.  Thanks.

I attempted to move my Nitro Pro license 13.15.1.28.2 from one computer to another.

I was able to immediately deactivate Nitro on my old computer, but when I attempted to enter my serial number (504998-XXXXX-XXXXXX) on the new computer, it said the number was not valid.

I assume that this is because I downloaded Nitro Pro 14. How do I install 13 on the new computer?

Please uninstall version 14 on your computer and then install version 13 so you can successfully activate using your version 13 license. The Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer can be located from the link below:
