Poor support experience - My valid serial number is not being accepted

Wow, very frustrating support experience.  My serial number for v14 is valid, as confirmed by Cleverbridge, I've only used 1 of my 2 licenses and even after disabling those licenses I cannot validate a license on my new computer.  I was sent down a rabbit hole trying to get support so now I'm here.  Can someone from support please contact me at ma****er@gmail.com.

I apologize for the inconvenience this activation issue has caused. 

In checking the license purchase under your Gmail email address, I can see that you have a version 13 license. Please note that this license will only work on a Nitro PDF Pro version 13 installation. 
To check which version is installed on the computer, open the application and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version is not Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x, please uninstall and then install version 13 using the installer from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 13 license. 
To activate, open Nitro PDF Pro and then access the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter your serial number 50495**********275, and then click Activate.
