I too have lost my serial number for Nitro pro 14.  I renewed about a couple of months ago but having problems with my PDF being stacked up in the printer que and will not produce a PDF.  I want to delete the NP14 and reinstall if that will help

 

I cannot find my new serial number for 14 . Can you send me my serial number and Cambridge or activation key so I can activate

I can only locate a Nitro Pro 13 serial number when I tried looking for account records using the email address you provided.

Did you recently purchase the version 14 upgrade using a different email address? Please send it to me so I can locate it.

I sent you a direct message with your version 13 serial number. 

Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
