Unable to activate on Nitro PDF professional on new Windows laptop

Hello,

I am not able to active Nitro PDF pro on my new Windows laptop. It gives an error "Unknown Error".

After doing more research, I tried to find an upgrade path to v13/14, however, the online tool to upgrade is not able to validate the serial number, message below. Can you help?

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

I desintalled Nitro pro from my computer with the purpose of activate it in the new laptops.
 

Meanwhile, I didn't saw the instructions and didn't recorded the serial number. There any way you can help me to recover?
