Can't Activate Licence

I can't activate my licence on my new laptop.  I have deactivated everything but still no joy.

Hi, my name is Cara and we use Nitro Pro for our business on a daily basis.

I have changed laptops and I can't activate Nitro Pro on my new laptop.  I have deactivated everything, but still no joy.

If someone could please assist with this, it would be appreciated.  It is saying my serial number is not found.  Thank you.

Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall the version you installed.
And then get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.

I had a disk crash - reinstalled Windows10 Pro and in the processing of my software installations I cannot Re-register my software with my legitimate Serial number for Nitro Pro 9 Version 12 64bit even trying Nitro assistant Manually at step 3 the form requests me to go to www.nitropdf.com/activation that times out and does not allow me to complete my activation
