Josh Barrett
This issue started suddenly about a week ago and is impacting all users of Nitro Pro PDF in the organization. When you try to open a pdf it can take up 10 minutes and during this time both file explorer and nitro pro freeze up and are not responding. We have a mix of 13 and 14. I updated both Windows and Nitro to newest versions yesterday to see if it resolves issue and it does not. If I switch the PDF viewer to Edge the issue goes away. I can also provide the following event log that confirms Nitro is what is causing the issue. Please provide assistance: Faulting application name: NitroPDF.exe, version: 13.70.7.60, time stamp: 0x64b80da2 Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.22621.2134, time stamp: 0xeee69ec7 Exception code: 0xc0000374 Fault offset: 0x000000000010c239 Faulting process id: 0x0x2C74 Faulting application start time: 0x0x1D9D9EB689B1B6C Faulting application path: C:\PROGRA~1\Nitro\Pro\13\NitroPDF.exe Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll Report Id: 9aef40dc-c249-44f4-bbc5-bd5bbb2a55e6 Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID:
