Activate Nitro Pro on new computer

My computer ceased to function and I lost all my data and programs.

I am a new computer and have installed Nitro Pro but cannot activate it because I am up to the limit.

Of course I was not able to deactivate the program on the old computer because I could not access it.

Can you please help?

Please be aware that the Nitro PDF Pro activation process is unique for each supported Operating System, Windows and MacOS. Thus, any License provisioned for Nitro PDF Pro on Windows cannot be used on MacOS and vice versa. 

Could you please provide the Nitro PDF Pro for Windows serial number and the date of purchase?
